Your responsibilities

1. Analysis and evaluation of existing HR business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

2. Comprehensive responsibility for improving process efficiency in HR:

- HR process analysis: examining and understanding existing HR processes, identifying areas of loss and potential places for improvement,

- process design: creating new processes or modifying existing ones to make them more effective and efficient,

- process optimisation and alignment: identifying and eliminating unnecessary steps or delays in processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs,

- solution implementation: implementing new processes or tools that help automate, digitise tasks and improve workflows,

- monitoring of implemented changes, evaluation of effectiveness.

3. Design and implement strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and reduce human capital costs

4. Managing HR process improvement projects (including HR/IT system implementations), developing timelines, allocating resources and monitoring progress, by:

- leading and overseeing key HR projects in the Ciech Group: comprehensive project life cycle: definition, planning, implementation, closure, post-project experience,

- responsibility for the budget of subordinate projects,

- preparation of project documents (project charter, business case - business case for the project, schedule, etc.),

- working closely with project stakeholders, reporting progress, preparing presentations.

5. Collaborate with the various departments within the organisation to understand their needs and requirements and ensure consistency across the HR interface

6. Development and implementation of organisational development strategies, including training programmes, organisational culture initiatives and change management.

7. Monitor trends and best practices in the area of business process management and organisational development and make improvements accordingly.

Our requirements

1. Experience in business process management and/or organisational development, experience in HR, operations or project management departments preferred.

2. Ability to manage projects, including developing schedules, allocating resources and monitoring progress.

3. Knowledge of process management methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, or others.

4. Ability to analyse data and interpret results to make sound business decisions.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with different stakeholder groups.

6. Creativity and innovative approaches to solving problems related to organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

7. University degree, preferably in human resources management, operations management or related fields.

8. Knowledge of English at C1 level. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
