HR Manager with experience in production sector develops and implements strategies for human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance. This job supports business units in a plant and reports to HR Director in Poland.

What You Will Do:

Support of the plant manager and department managers in a dedicated area
Participation in creating improvements in internal HR processes and implementing changes to these processes,
Recommending and coordinating projects and tasks that improve work efficiency
Analyzing data and indicators regarding HR processes, preparing reports and recommending actions
Participation in budgeting, forecasting and controlling salary and labor costs
Coordination and support of personnel administration processes: including: maintaining HR documentation, coordinating and implementing activities related to employee matters, handling processes related to employment, employment cycle and termination of employment contracts
Lead strategies to foster an environment of belonging and engagement which balances the needs of the business and employees.
Be a champion for company’s culture and values where employees and leaders are safe and healthy, serve others not themselves, celebrate success, feel accountable and empowered to run the business like it is their own, and ultimately when faced with challenges, will do the right thing.
Partner with the business and Human Resource Director to design and execute strategy for how to recruit, onboard, develop, engage employees.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

5-8 years of experience in production area in general Human Resources with polish labor law knowledge
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations
Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration technologies (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom), Workday and emerging HR technologies
