Process Delivery Manager Bielsko-Biala, Silesian Voivodeship

Job purpose:

As a Process Delivery Manager you would own global processes, starting from the design to driving implementation as well as monitoring results to making adjustment and continuous improvements in your area.

Constantly strives for gains in global R2R process consistency, standardization and effectiveness by process revision, trainings and execution.
Proactively seeking best system solutions in R2R area for AmRest Group and conducting RFP processes.
Collaborating closely with local teams who manage local accounting transactions, controls and reporting.
Identifying "non-negotiable" local process and system requirements.
Deep understanding of R2R processes at transaction levels across markets.
Designing, customizing, and testing the system.
Monitoring and executing the proper use of the system by end users and providing them trainings.
Leading and coordinating the process of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements (with local Finance Teams).
Promoting continuous improvement mindset and drive cost efficiency.
R2R System Expertise: About 7 years of experience in senior and international roles, specializing in management, audit consulting, and process improvement within the R2R system domain.
Educational Background: Holds a degree in finance or a related field.
Global Services Acumen: Practical experience in global services, including a comprehensive understanding of roles and responsibilities.
Process Management Proficiency: Skilled in process mapping, analysis, and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
Excellent familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards.
Transformation experience within Finance and Accounting including change management, systems and controls.
Fluent in English with strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
Open mind and agile attitude.
Advanced Excel Proficiency : Skilled in multi-data analysis.
